Firstly, I would like to tell you how fantastic this website is! I’ve had a quick browse and I think it’s great that you all want to be in contact with fellow Brits in New York.
I suppose I had better introduce myself: I am a student at the London School of Economics, and in a few weeks I will be out in New York conducting some research. My research is concerned with British expats in New York, and particularly the reasons for moving to New York. I will be in New York for one week, and aim to interview a number of British expats concerning this topic.
I was hoping that a few of you would be happy to be interviewed. I will be in New York from the 12th-16th March conducting interviews, and would particularly like to interview people in their workplaces (though I am flexible with regards to timing and location of interviews). Interviews will only take 20-30mins.Unfortunately I won’t be able to pay you for your time, but hope that you will be willing to take part and help out a fellow Brit!
